A delightful stay by the river

Waking up to a breathtaking view of the Douro River was the highlight of my trip. The staff were attentive and genuinely cared about my comfort throughout my stay. My favorite moment was enjoying the Flambe Crepes for dessert—they were simply exquisite!

What a delightful surprise to be greeted with stunning views of Porto from the 18th floor! The spacious, clean room had a very comfortable bed, making it hard to leave in the morning. Breakfast was impressive, but be cautious about room service – it could use significant improvement. A convenient location for exploring, but be prepared to walk!

We stayed for 2 nights and while our room was nice and comfy, the staff interactions were super frustrating. We got mixed messages at check-in and bar service was slow and a bit rude. The breakfast had decent options but took ages for refills. A nice setup overall but communication needs a boost.

The room was spacious, providing plenty of comfort for our stay. We greatly appreciated the stunning views of the city and the large, comfortable bed made our nights restful.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel, especially enjoying the river view from our room. The staff was friendly, and we loved taking leisurely strolls along the nearby Blue Flag beaches. It was perfect for our large family, especially with small kids in tow.

In my kids' opinion, they wished there were more fun activities for children at the hotel.

The hotel's open lobby concept is beautifully inviting, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate comfortably while enjoying a well-deserved drink before dinner. The spacious public areas felt luxurious and made me feel at home.

Faster elevator service would be appreciated.

Comfortable Stay with Helpful Staff and Nice Views

Enjoyed a spacious room with a stunning view of the city. The staff truly went out of their way to assist us, making our stay memorable. Don't miss out on the local eateries just a short walk away for authentic meals at better prices. A bit pricy for spa access.

I stayed for a night and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious standard twin room and the efficient room service that brought me extra coffee when I asked. The indoor swimming pool and wellness center were perfect for relaxing after my long journey. Unfortunately, the mini fridge in my room didn’t work, which was a hassle, but overall, I had a great experience! 😊
